These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 24Recept platform, website, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by 24Recept ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" — the 24Recept SaaS application, dashboard, booking pages, WhatsApp bot, and voice agent.
- "Business" — a registered account holder using the Platform to manage appointments.
- "Customer" — an end-user who books an appointment through a Business's 24Recept booking channels.
- "Subscription" — a paid or trial plan granting access to specific Platform features.
- "Content" — text, data, images, and other material you upload or create within the Platform.
2. Account Registration
To use 24Recept you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at info@24recept.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account, use another person's account, or create accounts using automated means. We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
24Recept offers paid subscription plans with an optional free trial period. The following terms apply:
- Free Trial — no payment is required during the trial period. Your trial duration is stated at sign-up.
- Billing — subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Payment Processing — all payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay. 24Recept does not store any card or banking details. By providing payment information, you authorise the relevant processor to charge your payment method per your selected plan.
- Price Changes — we may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
- Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial months.
No card data is stored on our servers. All payment instrument details (card numbers, CVVs, bank account numbers) are handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. 24Recept never has access to this information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Platform to send unsolicited messages (spam) or engage in bulk messaging outside of confirmed booking flows.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any connected systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform or its AI models.
- Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including WhatsApp Business API policies).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
5. WhatsApp & Voice Bot Usage
Certain features of 24Recept use the WhatsApp Business API and AI voice technology. By enabling these features you agree to:
- Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and messaging guidelines at all times.
- Obtain appropriate consent from customers before initiating WhatsApp or voice interactions.
- Not use the bot to send promotional or marketing content outside of booking-related notifications unless you have explicit opt-in consent.
- Accept that WhatsApp and ElevenLabs (voice AI) are third-party services with their own terms and availability — 24Recept is not liable for their downtime or policy changes.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:
- Your booking data and customer data belong to you.
- We process data only to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
- All sensitive integration credentials (API keys, tokens, secrets) are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
- Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the 24Recept platform, software, AI models, design, and branding remain the exclusive property of 24Recept. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Platform IP.
You retain ownership of all Content you upload to the Platform. By uploading Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service.
8. Service Availability & SLA
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, third-party API failures (WhatsApp, payment processors, ElevenLabs), or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- 24Recept is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, missed bookings, or data loss.
- Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 24Recept, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding fees, or engage in activity that poses a risk to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted per our retention policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which 24Recept is registered.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
